The USB cord is all you need. The plus is that it still works (data still transfers), the minus is that there is no grip to so it makes it difficult to attach & detach the phone. I dont think I used the CD at all. However, the plastic casing for the plug broke off after 10 uses. With the price, I didnt expect too much. so for this to actually still transfer data is deserving of 2 stars.
I thought I was buying a cable that would work for the A707 phone but the cable doesn't fit.
The only thing good about it is it charges my sgh-a127. i can't figure out how to make it work on my pc. Can any one help.
The connector is a bit thicker and wider than the one which came on the cable with the phone. As a result it is more difficult to ensure a good connection and it comes unseated at the slightest nudge severing the connection which can be frustrating. It does not charge my phone when connected even though the OEM cable that came with the phone will charge it.
2.0 USB Data Cable is good enough for me to transfer all I need from my Samsung Blast to my computer and vice versa. Good price and good product, what else you are asking for.
